Refund & Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are ongoing, and students may cancel at any time.
- Cancellation – if you would like to end your subscription, simply login to your account and under settings you will be able to cancel your subscriptions.
- Students are responsible for checking their bank statements, to ensure that no further payments are withdrawn. Refunds will not be offered if a student fails to do this
- The e-mail address that you enroll in the course with will be our primary source of contact with you.
One time payment
If you have made a one-time payment, this does not mean you have the course available to you for a lifetime. One-time payment is designed to give you hassle-free payment until end-of-year exams. For the exam if you made a one-time payment of £399 in October 2023, it will be valid until 30th June 2024 (End of GCSE Maths Exams).
All one-time payments are eligible for a 14-day full refund policy. Please click the refund button below to submit a ticket and we will process the refund from our side within 1 working day.
Money Back Guarantee
We want you to get your grades. This is our mission. However, as a learner, you do need work from your side too. If you are a learner who has watched at least 75% of the course and didn’t improve your GCSE Maths grades, please get back in touch with us after your results are published. We may ask for your earlier mock exam results to prove that you have not improved even after using the course.
We will offer a full- refund if your course is completed above 75% and you have got no grades higher. This policy does not apply to anyone joining after March 2024, as there is less time for preparation for exams.
